2023年12月由德国、法国、荷兰、瑞士、丹麦、芬兰、意大利、西班牙等海内外知名院士、教授等科学家三十余人共同签名发起举办《中欧科学家论坛》倡议，旨在加强中欧之间学术交流与合作，弘扬中欧之间民间友谊。

In December 2023, more than 30 renowned academicians, professors, and scientists from Germany, France,the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain, and other countries jointly signed andinitiated the "China Europe Scientists Forum" initiative to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperationbetween China and Europe, and promote folk friendship between China and Europe.
